SpokaneWired would like to endorse the efforts of StopSmartCities.com. 5G and the internet of things is the infrastructure build out for the surveillance grid called "Smart Cities" also known as Geo-Fencing. There is an active and successful group in Post Falls alerting men and women in their community to what is happening under our noses. Fortunately they are being heard by their local councils and having great success.

Long before the creation of Spokane Wired, Former Mayor David A. Condon put in place the initiatives to make Spokane a "Smart City" = surveilled & poisoned city. ‘Historic Win’: CHD Wins Case Against FCC on Safety Guidelines for 5G and Wireless
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit court ruled the Federal Communications Commission failed to provide a reasoned explanation for its determination that its current guidelines adequately protect against harmful effects of exposure to radiofrequency radiation.
The courts have recognized that the FCC "regulations" are outdated and do not consider cumulative exposure to radiofrequency radiation, nor the documented scientific evidence of non-thermal biological effects. This is a HUGE win, and is evidence to give to schools, city councils, employers, etc. that ambient exposure from WiFi, cell towers, cell phones, smart meters, smart devices has not been properly regulated for public safety. Please share this link below on social media and call or write your employer, school principal, school boards, power company, and / or elected representatives to alert them that these technologies are not safe and that the FCC has proven, yet again to be a captured agency!

The City Councils of Spokane and Spokane Valley have not acknowledge our "Notice of Alert". The "pandemic" has taken presidence. We are hearing more accounts from residents that they are feeling the new towers, and suffering ill health effects. We will share the results of this survey with the councils. All people who are alarmed to find hazardous, property value lowering, 5G towers installed in their neighborhood can call the city and/or Avista to express their outrage.

The 1 hour long oral arguments are worth a listen. We at Spokane Wired are thrilled that the FCC is being held to account. It is inspiring to hear the questions from the thorough and thoughtful judges.

Since Mr. Lutz has recommended that children learn at home this fall, I request that Spokane Schools adopt recommendations such as those detailed here:

WiFi and cell phone radiation has never been proven safe for human exposure. The public must be advised to use Ethernet connection only for computers. Children should never use a cell phone or a HotSpot. Furthermore, schools should remove all WiFi and never house cell towers of any shape or size or utilize microwave frequencies from any source, be it for biometric scanning or data transfer/communication.
This is an urgent request. I am charging the department of health to educate the public regarding this odorless carcinogen. Our school children must not be forced to be exposed to toxic levels of Electro-Magnetic Frequencies (EMF) in order to get an education.
Wired only internet connection (no industry routers which often contain 2 toxic wireless transmitters), Ethernet cords and computer Ethernet adapters, as well as education about how to dismantle the WiFi on personal wireless routers must be made available, and highly recommended. Cost for products must be paid for by the district to all students eligible for SNAP.

WiFi in schools is not proven safe for our kids. Pulsed radio waves from a WiFi router overhead in the classroom exposes our children to levels like that of a cell phone tower across the street.

We support preparing our children for the future while supporting their healthy development. Children should not be exposed to harmful WiFi at school or in the home learning environment.

Ethernet wired connection directly to the router is the best solution for our schools and home learning environments. The wirless radio should be turned off.

School districts offering at home or hybrid learing must offer computers with an Ethernet adapter and Ethernet cord so the student can learn without toxic wireless exposure.

EHT Takes Historic Legal Action Against the FCC

Appeal filed after the FCC refuses to update their 24 year old wireless radiation limits.

Washington, DC – A group of scientists, consumer health nonprofits, and citizens filed a historic legal action against the FCC for its refusal to update its 24-year-old cell phone and wireless radiofrequency (RF) radiation guidelines. EHT's legal petition contends the FCC's December action is "arbitrary, capricious, an abuse of discretion" and "not in accordance with the law" as the FCC has violated the Administrative Procedure Act and the National Environmental Policy Act by failing to adequately review the hundreds of relevant scientific submissions finding harmful effects from wireless technologies. The FCC's December action gives the green light to the rollout of 5G technology and small cell densification in the USA.

"The FCC decision flies in the face of mounting scientific evidence demonstrating harm from RF radiation and runs counter to the science-based decisions of other governments that have devoted major resources to evaluating new evidence on the issue and have taken steps to curtail exposures as a result of their findings," stated Devra Davis, PhD, MPH continue reading...

Health concerns bring #5G to a standstill in #Switzerland

5G requires beam-forming technology, where a focused radiation is directed to and from a device. This has never been evaluated in the real world. Supporting this moratorium are the voices of more than 250 medical experts and the Swiss Medical Association who have called for more research to be carried out on the potential impacts of the technology on human health. In the states, the Natural Resources Defense Council and Environmental Health Trust successfully argued in federal court that before 5G can be deployed, its impact on the environment must be fully assessed.

Adding further support to these concerns, no major secondary insurer will cover health damages from 5G, classified as "high risk" a technology which insurance authority Swiss Re has depicted as "off the leash," comparable to those of asbestos. Recently courts have held governments and telecom companies liable for health damages in Italy. Over 150 cities in Italy have passed resolutions to halt 5G until safety is assured, joining an ever-growing number of cities and towns across Europe where thousands are protesting. Cities in the US have passed ordinances to restrict antenna installations near homes in neighborhoods.

Cities such as Kalamata Greece are reversing course and terminating relationships with telecommunications companies, no longer interested in being a 5G pilot city. Efforts are also underway in U.S. and European courts to force companies to produce safer phones. The Swiss are also considering strict liability standards for all manufacturers and providers of the technology. However the United States is full steam ahead.
